My love affair with food began at the prestigious Christchurch Culinary Arts School, where I spent two enriching years honing my skills. From the heart of New Zealand, I embarked on a journey that took me across the seas, exploring the Mediterranean and the United States as a private chef on luxury motor yachts. These experiences not only expanded my repertoire of global flavors but also instilled in me the importance of nutrition in every culinary masterpiece, especially when crafting meals for families over extended periods.
